Fueling Growth Through Affiliation

Our mission? To assist in the launch of Crazy Muscle’s new Affiliate Program. The aim was to develop a powerful email campaign and an Advanced Email flow, which would serve as the driving force behind this transformative journey.

We heavily researched and worked closely with Crazy Muscle to understand their business, goals, pain points and audience to develop a deep understanding of their brand. Through this, we expertly crafted copy and created captivating design to produce a campaign and email flow that not only onboarded affiliates, but efficiently retained them.

Crafting this flow was no small feat. It called for highly segmented audiences and required a delicate approach to target the right audience. For example, ensuring existing affiliates didn’t receive unnecessary ‘Invite’ emails, and differentiating between successful affiliates and those in need of a boost.

Core Email Flows

Beyond the affiliate realm, our focus turned to enhancing core flows and reigniting customer interest.

  1. Welcome Flow: Customers were welcomed with valuable & educational content paired with a quick question to capture zero-party data, asking their fitness goal (Weight gain/loss, muscle gain). This data enabled us to segment the audience and send more personalized content tailored to their specific goals.

  2. Cart abandonment flows: We fine-tuned this flow with updated design and copy, including swift discount offerings to bring wandering customers back into the fold.

  3. Post-purchase Flow: The goal was to eliminate buyer’s remorse and generate repeat-purchases. Through thoughtful follow-ups containing product info and customer testimonials, paired with attractive up-sell opportunities, we fostered customer loyalty and increased revenue.

  4. Browse-abandonment Flow: We added in this Flow to re-engage customers who have shown interest in products but didn’t complete a purchase, enticing them to return to the store and complete their transaction.
